Vehicle Lavs — Technical Corrections

FOR the purpose of correcting certain errors relating to
the vehicle laws.

BY repealing and re—enacting, with amendments,

Article 66-1/2 - Vehicle Laws

Section 6-602(b) and 12-216

Annotated Code of Maryland

(1970 Replacement Volume and 1974 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Sections 6-602(b) and 12-216 of Article
66—1/2 — Vehicle Laws, of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1970 Replacement Volume and 1974 Supplement) be and they
are hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to
read as follows:

Article 66-1/2 - Vehicle Laws

6-602.

(b) The card, hereinafter called the "age of
majority identification card," shall be of a size and
design as prescribed AND be tamperproof to the extent
possible. The majority identification card shall contain
the following information:

(1)  Name and address of the applicant

(2)   Birth date of applicant (as evidenced by birth
certificate)

(3)  Sex of applicant

(4)  Description of applicant

(5)  Color photograph of the applicant pursuant to
procedures adopted by the Administrator

(6)  Signature of applicant

(7)  Signature and seal of issuing agent.

Every vehicle, including animal—drawn vehicles and
vehicles referred to in § [12-101(c)] 12-101(E), not
specifically required by the provisions of this part to
be equipped with lamps or other lighting devices, at all
