shall]. IT DOES not include the mature stalks of [such]
THE plant, fiber produced from [such] THE MATURE stalks,
oil or cake made from the seeds of (such] THE plant, any
other compound, manufacture, salt, derivative, mixture,
or preparation of such mature stalks (except the resin
extracted therefrom), fiber, oil, or cake, or the
sterilized seed of [such] THE plant which is incapable of
germination.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.
