SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.

AN ACT concerning

Estates and Trusts Laws — Technical Corrections

FOR the purpose of correcting certain technical errors in
the laws relating to estates and trusts.

BY repealing and re-enacting, with amendments,

Article — Estates and Trusts

Section 4-411(b), 5-201(f) , 5-304(b), 5-503 (c),

6-306(a) and 14-205(b)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Sections 4-411(b), 5-201(f), 5-304(b),
5-503(c), 6-306(a) and 14-205(b) of Article -Estates
and Trusts, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1974
Volume and 1974 Supplement) be and they are hereby
repealed and re—enacted, with amendments, to read as
follows:

4-411.

(b) The legacy is valid even if the trust is
subject to amendment or modification or may be terminated
or revoked after the will is executed whether by the
settlor or any other person, [of] OR if the trust
instrument or an amendment to it was not executed in the
manner required by the estates of decedents law for
wills.
