SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 10-612(c)(2) of Article - Natural
Resources, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1974 Volume
and 1974 Supplement) be and it is hereby repealed and
re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

(c) (2) A resident who applies for a license for a
stationary blind or blind site in the water adjacent to
Bloodsworth Island in Dorchester County is not required
to obtain (written] permission from the riparian owner
NOTWITHSTANDING ANY OTHER PROVISION OF THIS SECTION.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.

Prince George's County — State Central Committee

FOR the purpose of providing that the members of the
Republican Party State Central Committee for Prince
George's County shall be elected from within the
individual legislative districts lying within Prince
George's County.
