[Ch. 79

[(f)](E) The Department, through the Attorney
General, may collect unpaid taxes provided for in this
section in the same manner as other unpaid taxes due the
State are collected. In addition, the Department may
seize and hold any boat, truck, or other vehicle in which
any oysters were or are transported until the taxes are
paid.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.

Zoning and Planning — Technical Correction

FOR the purpose of correcting a certain technical error
in the laws relating to zoning and planning.

BY repealing and re—enacting, with amendments,

Article 66B — Zoning and Planning

Section 9.03

Annotated Code of Maryland

(1970 Replacement Volume and 1974 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 9.03 of Article 66B — Zoning and
Planning, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1970
Replacement Volume and 1974 Supplement) be and it is
hereby repealed and re—enacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:

Article 66B — Zoning and Planning

9.03.

(a) For one year following the effective date of
these §§ 9.02 and 9.03, or until St. Mary's County has
adopted and made effective a comprehensive zoning
ordinance and plan covering and applying to the
