vacating member, who shall held office for the remainder
of the unexpired term of the member or for a new term in
the case of expiration of term. If the dental hygienist
member, without adequate reason, is absent from two
successive meetings, he shall cease to be a member, and
the Governor, upon the recommendation of the Secretary of
Health and Mental Hygiene, has the power to remove from
office, at any time, the dental hygienist member of the
Board for continued neglect of duty required by this
article, whose duty is the same where appropriate as the
duty of dentist members, or for incompetency,
unprofessional or dishonorable conduct.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.

AN ACT concerning
Harford County — County liquor Dispensaries
FOR the purpose of removing the Harford County's
exception to the alcoholic percentage by volume and
excepting the Harford County's liquor dispensaries
from the sale of beer; clarifying language; and
making this Act an emergency measure.
BY repealing and re—enacting, with amendments,

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 161(a) of Article 2B - Alcoholic
Beverages, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1968
Replacement Volume and 1974 Supplement) be and it is
hereby repealed and re—enacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:
