SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Sections
3—13 (a) and (b) of Article 33 - Election Code of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1971 Replacement Volume and
1974 Supplement), be and they are hereby renumbered to be
Sections 3—13 (b) and (c).

SECTION [[2]] 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That
this Act shall take effect July 1, 1975.

other agents of certain State boards and commissions
shall be reimbursed for expenses incurred in the

by the Department of Public Works.
