BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council hereby finds
that the other positions on the professional staff of the
County Council are such that the likelihood of the
incumbent's involvement in a conflict-of-interest
situation is remote and that the duties of the positions
are at such a level of responsibility that a financial
interest statement is not necessary because of the degree
of supervision and review over the incumbent.

Chapter No. 21

AN ACT to codify the Code of Prince George's County,
Maryland;

WHEREAS, There has been codified under the direction
of the County Codification Task Force an indexed code of
all public local laws, county legislation, rules and
regulations of a general or permanent nature having the
force and effect of law as of December 31, 1972, which
code has been designated as The Prince George's County
Code, 1972 Edition; and

WHEREAS, Section 321 of Article 3 of the Charter for
Prince George's County provides that the County Council
shall adopt such a code and publish such code; and

WHEREAS, The Prince George's County Code, 1972
Edition, includes all the laws, ordinances, rules and
regulations in force as of December 31, 1972, as
contained in the Prince George's County Code of
Ordinances and Resolutions, 1967, and all subsequent
amending ordinances and resolutions as of December 31,
1972, the Prince George's County Code of Public Local
Laws, 1963, and all subsequent amending enactments of the
Prince George's County Council as of December 31, 1972,
and all Acts of the General Assembly as of December 31,
1972, concerning Prince George's County have been placed
in Part 2 of the Code; and
