INSPECT every premises in Queen Anne's County licensed
under the provisions of this article at least every
[sixty] 60 days. The [said] board of license
commissioners also shall appoint an attorney to handle
legal natters for the board and set his compensation at
not more than [five hundred dollars ($500.00)] $500 per
annua.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.
