(411)  Housing Inspector I

Education equivalent to completion of twelfth school
grade. Two years of experience in electrical, plumbing
and/or heating work. Or: any equivalent combination of
acceptable education and experience which has provided
the knowledges, skills and abilities cited above.

Eligibility for a valid driver's license Class D,
issued by the State of Maryland prior to appointment and
possession of such licensure within time limits specified
by the County and during tenure of employment as a
Housing Inspector I, if required by work.

(412)  Housing Inspector II

Education equivalent to completion of twelfth school
grade. Four years of experience, two years in
electrical, plumbing and/or heating work, and two years
inspecting dwelling units for conformance to housing
codes and regulations. Or: any equivalent combination
of acceptable education and experience which has provided
the knowledges, skills and abilities cited above.

Eligibility for a valid driver's license Class D,
issued by the State of Maryland prior to appointment, and
possession of such licensure within time limits specified
by the County and during tenure of employment as a
Housing Inspector II, if required by work.

(413)  Housing Officer

Education equivalent to completion of twelfth school
grade. Six years experience in housing, four years of
which shall have been in inspections or administration,
two years of which have been at the full performance
level. Or: any equivalent combination of acceptable
education and experience which has provided the
knowledges, skills and abilities cited above.

(421) Zoning Inspector I

Education equivalent to completion of twelfth school
grade. Two years of experience in inspections, planning
or site development work. Or: any equivalent
combination of acceptable education and experience which
has provided the knowledges, skills and abilities cited
above.

Eligibility for a valid driver's license Class D,
issued by the State of Maryland prior to appointment, and
possession of such licensure within time limits specified
by the County and during tenure of employment as Zoning
Inspector I, if required by work.
