(305) Administrative Engineer

Completion of bachelor's degree program at an
accredited college or university with major course work
in civil, sanitary, hydraulic or structural engineering.
six years of engineering experience, two years of which
shall have been supervising the work of lower level
engineering personnel, or performing complex research and
staff development work at the supervisory level. At
least two years of the total six years of experience
should have been in some traditional public works
operational area. Or: any equivalent combination of
acceptable education and experience which has provided
the knowledges, skills and abilities cited above and
which has included completion of a bachelor's degree
program with major course work in engineering as an
educational minimum.

(311)   Planner I

Education equivalent to completion of bachelor's
degree program at an accredited college or university
with major work in planning. Or: any equivalent
combination of acceptable education and experience which
includes education equivalent to completion of a
bachelor's degree program as an educational minimum and
which has provided the knowledges, skills and abilities
cited above.

(312)   Planner II

Education equivalent to completion of a bachelor's
degree program at an accredited college or university
with major course work in planning. Two years of
planning experience. Or: any equivalent combination of
acceptable education and experience which has included
education equivalent to completion of a bachelor's
degree program as an educational minimum and which has
provided the knowledges, skills and abilities cited
above.

(313)    Planner III

Education equivalent to completion of a bachelor's
degree program with major course work in planning. Three
years of planning experience, one year of which has been
at the full performance level. Or: any equivalent
combination of acceptable education and experience which
has included education equivalent to completion of a
bachelor's degree program as an educational minimum and
which has provided the knowledges, skills and abilities
cited above.
