(202) Administrative Assistant II

Education equivalent to completion of a bachelor's
degree program at an accredited college or university.
Two years of administrative experience in accounting,
budget, personnel and/or purchasing, one year of which
shall have included some responsibility for procedure
analysis and implementation. Or: any equivalent
combination of acceptable education and experience which
has provided the knowledges, skills and abilities cited
above.

(203)  Administrative Assistant III

Education equivalent to completion of a bachelor's
degree program at an accredited college or university.
Four years of administrative experience in accounting,
budget and/or statistics, one year of which shall have
included supervisory responsibility for procedures,
analysis and implementation. Or: any equivalent
combination of acceptable education and experience which
has provided the knowledges, skills and abilities cited
above.

(204)  Administrative Assistant IV

Education equivalent to completion of a bachelor's
degree program at an accredited college or university.
Major course work should consist of public or business
administration, political science or business/industrial
management with a minimum of six years experience in
management functions, two years of which should have been
in a supervisory capacity. Or: any equivalent
combination of acceptable educational experience which
has provided the knowledges, skills and abilities cited
above.

(205)  Budget Analyst

Education equivalent to completion of a bachelor's
degree program at an accredited college or university.
Three years of administrative experience, two years of
which have been in budget analysis, preparation and/or
control. Or: any equivalent combination of acceptable
education and experience which has provided the
knowledges, skills and abilities cited above.
