(141) Purchasing Technician I

Education equivalent to completion of twelfth school
grade. Two years clerical purchasing experience which
has included reviewing requisitions and specifications
and processing purchase orders for goods and/or services.
Or: any equivalent combination of acceptable education
and experience which has provided the knowledges, skills
and abilities cited above.

(142) Purchasing Technician II

Education equivalent to completion of twelfth school
grade. Four years of purchasing experience, two years of
which shall have been in the technical review of purchase
requisitions and specifications and/or the development of
specifications for wide variety of goods and services.
Or: any equivalent combination of acceptable education
and experience which has provided the knowledges, skills
and abilities cited above.

(150) Community Worker

Education equivalent to completion of twelfth school
grade, including or supplemented by course work in social
or behavioral sciences. Three years of experience in
social service work. Or: any equivalent combination of
acceptable education and experience which has provided
the knowledges, skills and abilities cited above.

(161) Planning Technician I

Education equivalent to completion of twelfth school
grade. Or: any equivalent combination of acceptable
education and experience which has provided the
knowledges, skills and abilities cited above.

(162) Planning Technician II

Education equivalent to completion of twelfth school
grade, supplemented by course work in urban planning and
development. One year of experience collecting and
compiling data used in planning activities. Or: any
equivalent combination of acceptable education and
experience which has provided the knowledges, skills and
abilities cited above.

(201) Administrative Assistant I

Education equivalent to completion of a bachelor's
degree program at an accredited college or university.
One year experience in one of the administrative fields
which has included processing routine operations, writing
reports and/or doing research on special projects. Or:
