1.211-Standards for Positions

The following shall constitute the minimum
qualifications for each class of position within the
Classified service:

(100)  Secretary

Education equivalent to completion of twelfth school
grade. Three years of clerical experience, including two
years at full performance level, and one year of
stenographic experience. Or: any equivalent combination
of acceptable education and experience which has provided
the knowledges, skills and abilities cited above.

(101) Clerk Typist I

Education equivalent to completion of tenth school
grade. Or: any equivalent combination of acceptable
education and experience which has provided the
knowledges skills and abilities cited above,

(102) Clerk Typist II

Education equivalent to completion of tenth school
grade. One year of typing experience. Or: any
equivalent combination of acceptable education and
experience which has provided the knowledges, skills and
abilities cited above.

(105) Clerk

Education equivalent to completion of tenth school
grade. One year of clerical experience. Or: any
equivalent combination of acceptable education and
experience which has provided the knowledges, skills and
abilities cited above.

(107) Clerk Stenographer I

Education equivalent to completion of tenth school
grade. Or: any equivalent combination of acceptable
