COUNTY LOCAL LAWS

Extra bedroom, 150 gallons each.

Extra dwelling units over 10,250 gallons each.

Extra fixture units over 100,25 gallons per fixture unit.

*NOTE: Septic tank sizes in this table include
sludge storage capacity and the connection of domestic
food waste disposal units without further volume
increase.

*16.8.10 Depth Below Grade

The top shall be at least [36] 24 inches below
finished grade, except where less is permitted by the
Approving Authority.

SECTION 3. BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, that this Act
shall take effect forty—five days after its enactment.

AN ACT to increase the compensation of the County
Executive, such increase to become effective on the
first day after the end of the current term, by
repealing and re—enacting with amendments Section
2—3 of the Baltimore County Code, 1968, title
"Administration," article "In General".

WHEREAS, the County Council is empowered by Section
405 of the Baltimore County Charter to increase the
compensation of the County Executive, provided, however,
that in no event shall the compensation of the County
Executive be increased during his current term; and

WHEREAS, it is deemed appropriate by the County
Council that the compensation of the County Executive be
increased, commencing on the first day after the end of
the current term of the County Executive; now, therefore

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF
BALTIMORE COUNTY, MARYLAND, that Section 2-3 of the
Baltimore County Code, 1968, Title "Administration,"
article "In General," be and it is hereby repealed and
re—enacted with amendments as follows:

Sec. 2—3.

The County Executive shall be paid an annual salary
