The discharge from a sink, dishwasher, and disposal
may discharge through a single 2 inch trap, but the
discharge from the dishwasher must be through an approved
air gap fitting. The discharge from the air gap to be
immediately increased to a minimum of [1] 3/4 inch and be
connected with "Y" fitting between the discharge of the
disposal and the trap inlet[.], OR INTO THE HEAD OF THE
DISPOSAL.

8.7 Plastic Pipe Supports

8.7.1

Hangers and straps shall not compress, distort, cut,
or abrade the piping and shall allow free movement of the
pipe[.], RESTRAINING JOINTS AND EXPANSION JOINTS SHALL BE
INSTALLED AS REQUIRED. Support all pipe at intervals of
not more than four (4) feet, at end of branches, and at
change of direction or elevation. Supports shall allow
free movement. Maintain vertical piping in straight
alignment. Support trap arms in excess of three (3) feet
as close as possible to the trap. INSTALLATION SHALL BE
AS PER APPROPRIATE STANDARDS AND MANUFACTURER'S
INSTRUCTIONS.

13.1.5 Subsoil Drains

a.  Subsoil Drains. Sub-soil drains [must] SHALL be
provided around the perimeter of all buildings having
basements, cellars or crawl spaces or floors below grade.
Such sub—soil drains may be positioned inside or outside
of the footing, and shall be of perforated, or open joint
approved drain tile or pipe not less than 3" in diameter,
and be laid in gravel, slag, crushed rock or other
approved porous material with a minimum of 4" surrounding
the pipe on all sides.

b.   Sub—soil drains [may] SHALL be piped to a storm
drain, to an approved water course or to the front street
curb or gutter, or to the alley, or the discharge from
the sub—soil drains [may] SHALL be conveyed to the alley
by a concrete gutter. Where a continuous flowing spring
or ground water is encountered, sub-soil drains [must]
SHALL be piped to a storm drain or an approved water
course.

c.    Where it is not possible to convey the drainage
by gravity, sub—soil drains [must] SHALL discharge to an
accessible sump pit provided with an automatic electric
pump. Sump pit shall be at least 15" in diameter, 18" in
depth, and provided with a fitted cover. The APPROVED
sump pump shall have an adequate capacity to discharge
all water coming into the sump as it accumulates to the
required discharge point, and in no event shall the
