SUPERVISORY CAPACITY; OR ANY EQUIVALENT COMBINATION OF
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE.
SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Sections
1-217 (24), (42) and (117) of said Code, Title, Subtitle
and Article, be and they are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That if any
provision of this ordinance or the application thereof to
any person or circumstance is held invalid for any
reason, such invalidity shall not affect the other
provisions or any other application of this ordinance
which can be given effect without the invalid provisions
or application, and to this end, all the provisions of
this ordinance are hereby declared to be severable.
SECTION 5. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this
Ordinance shall take effect forty-five (45) days from the
date it becomes law.

AN ORDINANCE to repeal Sections 6-114.1(a)(2) and
(3) of the Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and
Supplements), Title 6, "Crimes and Misdemeanors",
Subtitle 1, "Generally", and to enact new Sections
6-114.1 (a) (2), (3) and (3—a) in lieu thereof, to stand in
the place of the Sections so repealed, to add new Section
6-114.1 (a) (6) to said Code, Title and subtitle, to
follow immediately after Section 6-114.1 (a) (5) thereof,
and to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
6-114.1 (c) of said Code, Title and Subtitle, to
re-define the criminal offense of loitering, to make
certain technical corrections in the law, to increase the
penalties for second offenses, and matters generally
related thereto.
SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF
ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, MARYLAND, That Sections
6-114.1(a) (2) and (3) of the Anne Arundel County Code
(1967 Edition and Supplements), Title 6, "Crimes and
Misdemeanors", Subtitle 1, "Generally", be and they are
hereby repealed, and new Sections 6-114.1 (a) (2), (3) and
(3-a) be, and they are hereby enacted in lieu thereof, to
stand in the place of the Sections so repealed, and to
read as follows:
