SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this
Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency ordinance
and necessary for the immediate preservation of the
public peace, health, safety, welfare and property, and
being passed by the affirmative vote of five (5) members
of the County Council, the same shall take effect from
the date it becomes law.

AN ORDINANCE to add new Sections 13-300.2 (57B),
13-303.2 (8A) and 13-343.17C to The Anne Arundel County
Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), Title 13, "Planning
and Zoning", Subtitle 3, "Alternate Zoning Regulations",
Article I, "General Provisions and Definitions", Article
III, "Residential Districts", Heading, "RA - Agricultural
Residential Districts", and Article XI, "Special
Exceptions", Heading, "Specific Standards," Subheading
"Other Special Exceptions," respectively, to follow
immediately after Sections 13-300.2 (57A) , 13-303.2 (8)
and 13—343.17B thereof, respectively, to define the term
"Medical and Dental Clinics"; to allow medical and dental
clinics as a permitted use by special exception in RA —
Agricultural Residential Districts, and R1 and R2 -
Residential Districts; to set forth the criteria for said
special exception; and matters generally related thereto.
SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF
ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, MARYLAND, That Sections 13-300.2
(57B) , 13-303.2 (8A) and 13-343.17C be and they are
hereby added to the Anne Arundel County Code (1967
Edition and Supplements), Title 13, "Planning and
Zoning", Subtitle 3, "Alternate Zoning Regulations",
Article I, "General Provisions and Definitions", Article
III, "Residential Districts", Heading "RA - Agricultural
Residential Districts", and Article XI, "Special
Exceptions", Heading "Specific Standards", Subheading
"Other Special Exceptions", respectively, to follow
