SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Sections
1-1002 [[(19)]] (20) through (23) inclusive, (originally
designated by Bill No. 129-73 as Sections 1-902 [[(19)]]
(20) through (23) inclusive) be, and they are hereby
repealed.
SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this
Ordinance shall take effect forty—five (45) days from the
date it becomes law, contingent upon the adoption of Bill
No. 23-74; and in the event that Bill No. 23-74 does not
become effective, then this Ordinance shall be null and
void without the necessity of further action by the
County Council.

AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE to repeal and re-enact, with
amendments, Section 13—400 of the Anne Arundel County
Code (1967 Edition and Supplements) , Title 13, "Planning
and Zoning", Subtitle 4, "General Development Plan"; to
update the General Development Plan of Anne Arundel
County by reflecting recent revisions to the water and
Wastewater Plan; to make technical corrections; and
matters generally related thereto.
SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF
ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, MARYLAND, That Section 13-400 of the
Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements),
Title 13, "Planning and Zoning", Subtitle 4, "General
Development Plan", be and it is hereby repealed and
re—enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
Section 13-400. Adopted
[(a)] The general development plan for Anne Arundel
County, Maryland, be and it is hereby adopted. Said plan
shall include the following policies, reports, studies
and maps attendant thereto, as prepared by the office of
planning and zoning, and copies thereof have been filed
with the secretary of the county council[.]
