ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY

WELL AS THE INTEREST OR CONNECTION THEREWITH OF SUCH
PUBLIC OFFICIAL. PROVIDED, HOWEVER, THAT NO SUCH REAL
ESTATE NEED BE SCHEDULED IF THE DIRECT OR INDIRECT
INTEREST OF SUCH PUBLIC OFFICIAL IN SUCH PEAL ESTATE IS
BOTH LESS THAN FIVE PERCENT (57%) OF THE WHOLE AND EQUAL
TO LESS THAN FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($500.00).

(C) FAILURE TO FILE ANY SUCH STATEMENT SHALL BE A
MISDEMEANOR, PUNISHABLE UPON CONVICTION BY A FINE NOT
EXCEEDING ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($1,000.00), OR
IMPRISONMENT OF NOT MORE THAN SIX (6) MONTHS.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That if any
provision of this Ordinance or the application thereof to
any person or circumstance is held invalid for any
reason, such invalidity shall not affect the other
provisions or any other application of this ordinance
which can be given effect without the invalid provisions
or application, and to this end, all the provisions of
this ordinance are hereby declared to be severable.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this
Ordinance shall take effect forty—five (45) days from the
date it becomes law.

AN ORDINANCE to re-designate Subtitle 9, "Financial
Disclosure" of the Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition
and Supplements), Title 1, "Administration", (as enacted
by Bill No. 129-73) as Subtitle 10, "Financial
Disclosure", and to repeal Sections 1-1002 [[(19)]] (20)
through (23) inclusive, thereof (originally designated by
Bill No. 129-73 as Sections 1-902 [[(19)]] (20) through
(23) inclusive), to eliminate the requirement that
members of [[the Board of Appeals,]] the Recreation
Advisory Board, the Planning Advisory Board, the
Personnel Board and the Housing Authority file detailed
financial disclosure statements as required by said Bill
No. 129-73.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF
ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, MARYLAND, That Subtitle 9,

"Financial Disclosure" of the Anne Arundel County Code
(1967 Edition and Supplements), Title 1,

"Administration", (as enacted by Bill No. 129-73) be, and
it is hereby re—designated as Subtitle 10, "Financial
