an old county road; thence along a wire fence line, South
22° 27' West 132.0 feet to the place of beginning,
containing 11.38 acres, more or less, and being part of
Military Lot No. 860 and part of a tract of land called
"Sylvester," moving Corporation line to annex Oak Park
into Mt. Lake Park.

of the Kings Hill Estate, incorporating the Kings Hill
Estate into Mt. Lake Park.

RESOLUTION NO. 1-74

A Resolution to amend the Charter of the Town of
Myersville to change Section 4 (Qualifications of Members
of the Council) by repealing said Section and replacing
in lieu thereof a new Section 4 (Qualifications of
Members of the Council.).

SECTION I: BE IT RESOLVED, ENACTED AND ORDAINED by
the Mayor and Council of the Town of Myersville, pursuant
to Article XI—E, Municipal Corporations of the
Constitution of Maryland, that Section 4 (Qualifications
of Members of the Council.), Charter of the Town of
Myersville, 1963, be amended by deleting the present
Section 4 (Qualifications of Members of the Council.)
