RESOLUTION 74-1

AN ACT of the Mayor and Council of Hurlock to repeal and
re—enact, with amendments, Sections 285, 287, 288,
289, 291, 292, 296, 298, 302, 309, 310, 312, and
314; and to repeal Sections 299, 300, 305, 306,
[[1307,]] 316, 317, 318, and 319 in the Charter of
the Town of Hurlock as codified in the Code of
Public Local Laws of Dorchester County, 1961
Edition, as amended, being Article 10 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Dorchester
County," subtitle "Hurlock," generally amending the
Charter of the Town of Hurlock, removing or
rewording certain obsolete, outmoded, or duplicative
provisions therein, and relating generally to the
Charter of the Town of Hurlock, the operation of the
town government, and the powers and duties of
certain officials in connection therewith.

Section 1. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL
