BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Mayor and City
Council of Gaithersburg, the date of the introduction of
this Resolution is the 17th day of September, 1973, and
shall become effective forty—five days following its
adoption, unless a prompt petition for referendum thereon
shall be filed as permitted by law, and provided further
that the notice required by law shall be published in the
Gaithersburg Gazette, being a newspaper of general
circulation in the City of Gaithersburg, once each in the
weeks of October 11, October 18, October 25, and November
1, 1973; said notice to provide for a public hearing to
be held on the 19th day of November, 1973, at 8 P.M. in
the Council Chambers of the City Office Building, 31
South Summit Avenue, Gaithersburg, Maryland.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of
the City of Gaithersburg that promptly after this
resolution shall become effective the City Manager shall
send copies of said resolution to the following:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of
the City of Gaithersburg that the property described
above and persons residing therein, if any, shall after
the effective date of this resolution be subject to all
of the laws, ordinances and resolutions of the City of
Gaithersburg, Maryland.

ADOPTED by the City Council of Gaithersburg the 28th
day of January, 1974.
