EASTON

4637

Beginning at a point on the northwesterly side line
of the Easton Parkway and on a boundary of the corporate
limits of the Town of Easton, said point being North 38
degrees, 44 minutes East 385.24 feet from a marble
monument at or near the intersection of the northwesterly
side of the Easton Parkway and the southeasterly side of
the public road known as Old Centerville Road (Md. Rt.
662) marking a common corner of the 1966 and 1970 Town
Annexations; Thence: (1) with the division line between
the lot of Richard F. Lindeman and the land of Clinton D.
Taylor, North 73 degrees, 50 minutes West 226.0 feet to
the aforementioned Old Centerville Road; Thence: (2) with
a new Town Boundary line and also, with the southeasterly
side line of the Old Centerville Road and for 44.24 feet
with a projection of said road, South 14 degrees, 54
minutes, 32 seconds West 298.64 feet to a point on a Town
Boundary of a 1970 Annexation; Thence: (3) with said Town
Boundary line and crossing Old Centerville Road, North 35
degrees, 13 minutes, 28 seconds West 69.01 feet to a
marble monument; Thence: (4) with the northwesterly side
line of Old Centerville Road and with a boundary line of
the Town (Annex. 1970), North 14 degrees, 54 minutes, 32
seconds East 224.0 feet to an iron pipe; Thence: (5) with
the same. North 25 degrees, 24 minutes, 2 seconds East
262.62 feet to a concrete monument located at the
northeasterly corner of the Annexation 1970; Thence:
still with the northwesterly side line of Old Centerville
Road and with a new Town boundary line the following
courses:

(6)        North 25 degrees, 44 minutes East 226.76 feet,

(7)        North 23 degrees, 46 minutes, 27 seconds East
4 28.04 feet,

(8)        North 22 degrees, 7 minutes, 30 seconds East
97.14 feet,

(9)        North 13 degrees, 13 minutes East 586.15 feet,
Thence: (10) with a newly established Town Boundary line
crossing Old Centerville Road in line with the division
line between Tract IV (Woodland) of the Easton Airport
and land belonging to Louis M. Plansoen, and with said
division line and the projection thereof. South 50
degrees, 25 minutes, 46 seconds East 747.29 feet to a
point on a boundary of the corporate limits of the Town
of Easton, 1967 Annex, (passing over a concrete monument
at 53.39 feet marking the northwesterly corner of the
Airport Tract and another concrete monument located on
the northwesterly side line of the Easton Parkway);
Thence: (11) with the aforementioned boundary line
(passing over concrete monuments at 1027.45 feet and
