NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, By the Mayor and
Common Council, Town of Capitol Heights, Maryland, that
the existing corporate boundaries be enlarged and Section
2.0 (corporate limits) of the Charter of the Town of
Capitol Heights be amended accordingly by annexation of
the land now presently owned in fee simple title by
Charles E. Reithmeyer and Grace M. Reithmeyer, his wife,
said owners being the sole residents within the area to
be annexed; that said area to be annexed having been
surveyed and described by Herbert R. Crowder, Registered
Land Surveyor.

e. 1974 Annexation: The boundaries of the Town
of Capitol Heights, Maryland, a municipal corporation,
are hereby extended by the annexation of contiguous and
adjacent land described as follows:

Beginning at a Monument found at the northwest
corner of Part of Lot 1, Schmidt's Pine Grove (Plat Book
BB6, Page 67); thence running with the land now or
formerly Benjamin W. Woodward et al (Liber 3576, folio
635),

South 63°29'25" West 132.72 feet to an iron pipe
set; thence

South 86°45'43" West 602.75 feet to an iron pipe
set; thence

South 02°33'21" West 865.89 feet to an iron pipe
set; thence

South 83°46'21" West 210.00 feet to an iron pipe set
at the southeasterly corner of the land of Lipscomb;
thence with the northerly line of said land,

North 58°23'04" West 186.38 feet to an iron pipe
found; thence still with said line and with the general
course of a fence,

North 31°27'18" West 156.61 feet to an iron pipe
found; thence

North 34°45'14" West 237.14 feet to a spike found in
a Chestnut tree; thence leaving said fence and running
still with said line,

North 04°55'15" West 265.65 feet to an iron pipe
set; thence

North 61°40'16" West to an iron pipe set; thence
leaving Lipscomb and running with the land now or
