LAWS OF MARYLAND

FINAL DECISION UNDER AND PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 64A, AND THE
COUNTY ROAD ENGINEER SHALL ACCEPT AND CONFORM TO THIS
DECISION.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.

AN ACT concerning

Charles County — Sunday Activities

FOR the purpose of exempting Charles County from certain
laws relating to Sunday labor, sales and other
activities; and providing for the regulation of
certain business activities in Charles County on
Sunday.

BY repealing and re-enacting, with amendments,

Article 27 — Crimes and Punishments
Section 492(1), 521(h) and 522(1)
Annotated Code of Maryland
(1971 Replacement Volume and 1974 Supplement)

BY adding to

Article 27 — Crimes and Punishments

Section 534V

Annotated Code of Maryland

(1971 Replacement Volume and 1974 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 492(1), 521(h) and 522(1) of
Article 27 — Crimes and Punishments, of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1971 Replacement Volume and 1974
Supplement) be and it is hereby repealed and re—enacted,
with amendments, to read as follows:
