Consultants, formerly associated with
the Washington—Baltimore Chapter of the
National Society of Fund Raisers.
2. The Commission shall study and evaluate the
organizational structure, level of permanent
and temporary administrative staffing, budget,
accounting, and reporting systems and
procedures, and the fund raising activities of
charitable organizations soliciting funds in
Maryland.
3. The Commission shall also review the existing
laws of Maryland, similar laws of the Federal
Government and other States, if any, and shall
report its findings and recommendations to the
Governor and the General Assembly.
EXECUTIVE ORDER OF SEPTEMBER 30, 1974
OYSTER DREDGING
WHEREAS, Pursuant to Chapter 403 of the acts of 1974,
the General Assembly of Maryland added Section 4—307
to the Natural Resources Article of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1974 Volume and 1974 Supplement),
authorizing the Potomac River Fisheries Commission
to make, adopt and publish rules and regulations for
the dredging of oysters with handscrapes in areas of
the Potomac River within its jurisdiction, and to
levy license fees for this dredging; and
