MARVIN MANDEL, Governor                       4059

1564.

This bill provides an alternative place where a
notice of sale pursuant to a writ of execution may be
posted by the sheriff.

Senate Bill 844 which was enacted by the General
Assembly and signed by me on April 22, 1975, accomplishes
the same purpose as House Bill 1564 and in addition is a
more comprehensive bill relating to the posting of
notices of sale or readiness for the delivery of certain
property.

As the provisions of House Bill 1564 are included
within the provisions of Senate Bill 844, it is
unnecessary for me to sign House Bill 1564.

Sincerely,

/s/ Marvin Mandel

Governor

House Bill No. 1621 — Charles County; Alcoholic
Beverages Licenses

AN ACT concerning

Charles County — Alcoholic Beverages

FOR the purpose of providing that a certain alcoholic
beverage license may be issued in Charles County;
providing that a certain other class of license may
be issued in Charles County for certain conditions
and for a certain period of time; including Charles
County within certain provisions of the alcoholic
beverage laws; relating to appeals from a decision
of the Board of License Commissioners; clarifying
language; and generally relating to alcoholic
beverages in Charles County.

May 15, 1975.
Honorable John Hanson Briscoe
