No. 31
(Senate Joint Resolution 65)
A Senate Joint Resolution concerning
Business Licenses
FOR the purpose of establishing a Task Force to
investigate whether the licensing, regulation and
supervision programs can be self—sustaining.
There are many programs of regulations, licensing
and supervision of various businesses and industry groups
by the State.

consisting of representatives of various departments of
the State government which are concerned with licensing,
regulation and supervision and that this Task Force

industry groups so affected so that all licensing,
regulation and supervision programs will be

with the programs of licensing, regulations and
supervision; and be it further
