is amended to authorize that appropria-
tion to be used for the acquisition
of land and the parking garage as set
forth in this appropriation. Any
agreement making available 300
parking spaces, more or less, to
Anne Arundel County shall provide
that Anne Arundel County shall
share proportionately in the costs
of operating and maintaining the
facility. The agreement shall be
subject to approval by the Board
of Public Works after receiving
the recommendations of the Department
of General Services and the Department
