been made for a period of at least one year is revoked.]
ANY PREMISES IN CECIL COUNTY TO WHICH A LICENSE HAS BEEN
ISSUED SHALL BE OPEN FOR AT LEAST 30 CONTINUOUS DAYS
DURING THE PERIOD OF ONE YEAR, AND SALES OF ALCOHOLIC
BEVERAGES SHALL BE MADE DURING THIS 30 DAY PERIOD OR THE
LICENSE SHALL BE REVOKED. Upon a showing of grounds of
hardship on the part of the licensee prior to the time of
revocation the board may in its discretion allow the
licensee an additional period of not to exceed one year
before the license is revoked.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the
increased license fee provided for in Section 18(h) of
this Act shall take effect for the license year beginning
on May 1, 1976, and not prior thereto.
SECTION [[2]]3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That
this Act shall take effect July 1, 1975.

AN ACT concerning
The General Construction Loan of 1975
FOR the purpose of authorizing the creation of a State
debt in the aggregate amount of [[eighty three
million, two hundred and twenty eight thousand, five
hundred dollars ($83,228,500)]] [[one hundred
thirteen million, six hundred eleven thousand, seven
hundred twenty—three dollars ($113,611,723)]] [[one
hundred thirteen million, seven hundred sixteen
thousand,_______seven____hundred______twenty—three
($113,716,723)]] one hundred fourteen million,
fifty—one thousand, seven hundred twenty—three
dollars ($114.051.723), the proceeds thereof to be
used for certain necessary building, construction,
demolition, planning, deferred maintenance and
equipment purposes of this State; for acquiring
certain real estate and options in connection
therewith; and providing generally for the issue and
sale of bonds evidencing said loan; and to provide,
under certain circumstances, that general funds be
used to pay the principal and interest of said
bonds, and for the purposes of this Act; modifying
the provisions of Section 8 of Chapter 425 of the
Acts of 1971; modifying the provisions of Section 8
