In revising this subtitle, the Commission to Revise
the Annotated Code concluded that present Art. 83, §126
is unnecessary and repetitious in light of the general
severability provisions of Art. 1, §23. Accordingly,
Art. 83, §126 is proposed for repeal.

Whenever possible, this subtitle has been revised
generally to follow the organization and style of the
Unfair Sales Act, contained in Subtitle 4 of this title,
This will promote greater ease in future comparison of
the similar provisions of the two subtitles, of coarse,
all substantive differences between the subtitles have
been retained.

SUBTITLE 6. LIQUEFIED PETROLEUM GAS CONTAINERS.

11-601. DEFINITIONS.

(A)   IN GENERAL.

IN THIS SUBTITLE THE FOLLOWING WORDS HAVE THE
MEANINGS INDICATED.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This subsection is new language used
as the standard introductory language to a
definition section.

(B)   CONTAINER.

"CONTAINER" MEANS A LIQUEFIED PETROLEUM GAS
CONTAINER.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This subsection is new language
added without substantive change to avoid
undue repetition of the words "liquefied
petroleum gas container."

(C)   LIQUEFIED PETROLEUM GAS.

"LIQUEFIED PETROLEUM GAS" MEANS ANY MATERIAL WHICH
IS COMPOSED PREDOMINATELY OF ANY OF THE FOLLOWING
HYDROCARBONS OR MIXTURES OF THEM:

(1)

PROPANE;

(2)

PROPYLENE;

(3)

NORMAL BUTANE;

(4)

ISOBUTANE; OR

(5)

BUTYLENES.
