1974 General Construction Loan — UMBC
Academic Building

FOR the purpose of repealing a certain restriction on the
construction of Academic Building IV of the
University of Maryland Baltimore County Campus as
set forth in the General Construction Loan of 1974.

BY repealing and re—enacting, with amendments,

Chapter 289 of the Acts of the General Assembly of

1974

Section (M)(3)(a)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section (M)(3)(a) of Chapter 289 of the
Acts of the General Assembly of 1974, be and it is hereby
repealed and re—enacted, with amendments, to read as
follows:
