67.

No person holding any license, as provided in §§ 65
or 66 of this article shall purchase cigarettes, except
from the manufacturer thereof, for the purpose of resale
in this State at wholesale, as defined in [§ 117 (g) of
Article 8 3] § 11-501(L) OF THE COMMERCIAL LAW ARTICLE OF
THE CODE, or at retail, as defined in [§ 117 (f) of
Article 83] § 10-501(I) OF THE COMMERCIAL LAW ARTICLE OF
THE CODE, from a person not having a license as provided
for in § 66 of this article.

SECTION 6. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Sections
3-201(a) and 3-206 of Article 66 1/2 - Vehicle Laws, of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1970 Replacement Volume
and 1974 Supplement) be and they are hereby repealed and
re—enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

Article 66 1/2 — Vehicle Laws

3-201.

(a) For the purpose of §§ 3—201 to 3—209 the term
"proceeds" as used herein has the same meaning as defined
in [Article 95B of this Code, title "Uniform Commercial
Code."] TITLE 9 OF THE COMMERCIAL LAW ARTICLE OF THE
CODE, THE MARYLAND UNIFORM COMMERCIAL CODE - SECURED
TRANSACTIONS.

3-206.

A secured party named in a certificate of title upon

written request of the owner, shall disclose any

pertinent information as to the security agreement and

the indebtedness secured by it in accordance with

[Article 95B, § 9-208, of this Code, title "Uniform

Commercial Code."] § 9-208 OF THE COMMERCIAL LAW ARTICLE
OF THE CODE.

SECTION 7. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Section
10C(g) of Article 77A — Higher Education, of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1969 Replacement Volume and
1974 Supplement) be and it is hereby repealed and
re—enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
