SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.

Washington Suburban Sanitary District —
Duties of Developers

FOR the purpose of amending certain sections of the
Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission storm
drainage "oversight" law so as to allow the
[[Washington Suburban Sanitary]] Commission to
exercise discretion in determining the best
engineering solution possible based upon existing
circumstances and conditions and making certain
technical corrections.
