NONBUDGETED OR DEDICATED FUNDS FOR CAPITAL CONSTRUCTION
PROJECTS SHALL SUBMIT A DETAILED REPORT OF THE USE OF
THESE FUNDS BY JANUARY 10 OF EACH YEAR FOR THE DURATION
OF THE PROJECT TO THE JOINT BUDGET AND AUDIT COMMITTEE.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.

AN ACT concerning

Caroline County — School Board Compensation

FOR the purpose of providing a certain sum as
compensation for travel and other expenses for the
Caroline County Board of Education; repealing those
provisions of the law generally relating to county
school board meetings, officers, and expenses, and
rewriting those provisions so as to add clarity and
organization to the law; deleting those counties
whose boards receive compensation provided elsewhere
in the Article; repealing an uncodified law whose
provisions were included generally without
substantive change in the rewritten material; and
generally relating to county boards of education and
to the Caroline County Board of Education.
