AN ACT concerning

Disability — Sheltered Workshop Employment

FOR the purpose of providing for the development of
sheltered workshop employment by private nonprofit
agencies for the benefit of severely disabled
persons by contractual arrangement with the
[[Division of Vocational Rehabilitation]] [[Mental
Retardation Administration]] Division of Vocational
Rehabilitation of the State Department of Education;
defining terms; providing funding; providing for the
control and conduct of the program; and generally
relating to the employment of disabled persons.

BY adding to
