(e) (1) Members of the boards shall serve for a
term of two years[,]. [except that in Harford County the
term shall be three years, and in Somerset County it
shall be four years and in Worcester County it shall be
ten years. Terms of members of the board in Garrett
County shall be for six years.]

(2) MEMBERS OF THE BOARDS IN THE FOLLOWING
COUNTIES SHALL SERVE FOR TERMS AS SPECIFIED:

(I)        GARRETT COUNTY.............6   YEARS

(II)      HARFORD COUNTY.............3   YEARS

(III)    SOMERSET COUNTY............4   YEARS

(IV)      WORCESTER COUNTY...........4   YEARS

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect June 1, 1975.

AN ACT concerning

Budget and Procurement — Federally
Funded Projects

FOR the purpose of requiring that certain departments,
agencies, boards and commissions of the State
evaluate certain federally funded projects prior to
a certain date each year; providing that the
evaluation be in a form prescribed by certain
Departments; providing that the evaluation be
submitted to the Department of Budget and
[[Procurement]] Fiscal Planning and the Joint Budget
and Audit Committee by a certain date; and relating
generally to evaluation of federally funded
projects.
