No axle load shall exceed 22,400 pounds, and with
respect to any vehicle equipped with coupled axles
(commonly known as tandem axles) spaced 48 inches or more
apart measured horizontally between their center lines,
the combined load of the coupled axles shall not exceed
4 0,000 pounds; and with respect to any vehicle equipped
with coupled axles spaced less than 48 inches apart
measured horizontally between their center lines, the
combined weight of the coupled axles shall not exceed
36,000 pounds. HOWEVER, VEHICLES TRANSPORTING
AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS, WHICH HAVE BEEN LOADED IN FIELDS
OR OTHER OFF-HIGHWAY LOCATIONS, SHALL RECEIVE AN AXLE
LOAD LIMIT TOLERANCE OF [[20]] 10 PERCENT.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.

AN ACT concerning
Hospitals — Rebates Prohibited
FOR the purpose of providing a law violation for any
person maintaining and operating a hospital, nursing
home or related institution who requests or receives
any rebate, commission, or other consideration from
a pharmacy or other provider of drugs, prescriptions
or pharmaceutical services; and providing penalties
for violations.
