FREDERICK, GARRETT, KENT AND QUEEN ANNE'S COUNTIES ONLY,
SILOS USED FOR PROCESSING OR STORAGE OF ANIMAL FEED.
INCIDENTAL TO THE OPERATION OF THE FARM ON WHICH THE SILO
IS LOCATED, SHALL NOT BE INCLUDED IN THE VALUATION OF THE
PROPERTY ON WHICH LOCATED FOR PURPOSES OF COUNTY
TAXATION.

SECTION [[2]]3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That
this Act shall take effect July 1, 1975.

AN ACT concerning

Alcoholic Beverages — Surety Bonds

FOR the purpose of providing [[an additional]] a certain
bond on alcoholic beverage manufacturers,
wholesalers and dispensaries; regulating the
disbursement of certificates or stamps upon which
the bond amount is based; correcting language, and
generally relating to alcoholic beverages.

BY repealing and re-enacting, with amendments,

Section 142(c)

Annotated Code of Maryland

(1968 Replacement Volume and 1974 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 142(c) of Article 2B - Alcoholic
Beverages, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1968
Replacement Volume and 1974 Supplement) be and it is
hereby repealed and re—enacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:

Article 2B — Alcoholic Beverages

142.

(c) Every manufacturer or wholesaler engaged in
the business of selling or delivering wines and liquors
