from time to time. Members of the Commission shall
receive no compensation for their services as such, but
they may be reimbursed for proper and necessary expenses
incurred in the discharge of their duties on the
Commission IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE STANDARD TRAVEL
REGULATIONS.
368.
Each Commissioner shall be paid $2 5 per diem for each
day or part of day spent on Commission business, [and
each shall be reimbursed for travel expense for this
purpose at the current mileage allowance regularly paid
by the State of Maryland to its employees] AND SHALL BE
REIMBURSED FOR EXPENSES INCURRED WHILE ACTUALLY ENGAGED
IN THE PERFORMANCE OF THEIR DUTIES IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
STANDARD TRAVEL REGULATIONS.

(d) Members of the Maryland Arts Council shall
serve without compensation, but each member shall be
reimbursed for his necessary traveling and other expenses
incurred in the performance of his official duties IN
ACCORDANCE WITH THE STANDARD TRAVEL REGULATIONS.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Section
1 of Article 54 — Hall of Records, of the Annotated Code
of Maryland (1972 Replacement Volume and 1974 Supplement)
be and it is hereby repealed and re—enacted, with
amendments, to read as follows:
Article 54 — Hall of Records
1.
There is hereby created as part of the Department of
General Services a Commission to be known as the Hall of
Records Commission, which shall be composed of the
Secretary of General Services, the State Comptroller, the
Chief Judge of the Court of Appeals, the president of the
Johns Hopkins University, the president of St. John's
College, the president of the Maryland Historical Society
and the president of the board of trustees of the Peabody
Institute of Baltimore. The members of said Commission
shall serve without compensation, BUT SHALL BE REIMBURSED
FOR EXPENSES INCURRED WHILE ACTUALLY ENGAGED IN THE
PERFORMANCE OF THEIR DUTIES IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
STANDARD TRAVEL REGULATIONS.
SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Section
79 of Article 65 - Militia, of the Annotated Code of
