(1)    TEACHER TRAINING TO INCORPORATE
INSTRUCTION IN METHODS AND TECHHIQUES DESIGNED TO ENABLE
TEACHERS TO IDENTIFY AND TEACH GIFTED AND TALENTED
CHILDREN:

(2)    RESEARCH UNDERTAKEN TO ASSIST IN
DEVELOPING NEW OR MODIFIED CURRICULA FOR GIFTED AND
TALENTED CHILDREN:

(3)    EVALUATION, DEMONSTRATION, AND

DISSEMINATION OF FINDINGS RELATED TO PROGRAMS FOR GIFTED
AND TALENTED CHILDREN.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.

AN ACT concerning

Municipal Corporations — Annexation

FOR the purpose of providing for the continuance or
rescheduling of [[hearings; relating to resolutions
and referenda;]] public hearings held in connection
with annexation proposals; providing that an enacted
annexation resolution may be petitioned to
referendum and that its effect be suspended;
providing that an outline of certain potential
effects of annexation be prepared by the legislative
body of the Municipal corporation; generally
relating to annexation; and clarifying language.

BY repealing and re—enacting, with amendments,
