3-607.

(c)    Any person who is not a handicapped person as
prescribed in this section and who [[(1)]] wilfully and
falsely represents himself as having the qualifications
to obtain the special plates prescribed by this section
[or (2) utilizes the parking privilege accorded by this
section]] [may be fined fifty dollars and in default of
payment, may be imprisoned for not more than ten days] IS
GUILTY OF A MISDEMEANOR.

(d)    Any person owning a vehicle bearing the
special plates and not entitled to do so under the
provisions of this section [may be fined fifty dollars,
and in default of payment may be imprisoned for not more
than ten days] IS GUILTY OF A MISDEMEANOR.

6-601.

(f) Any fraud or misrepresentation in the
application for or use of a special identification card
issued under this section is a misdemeanor, punishable by
[a fine of not more than $500.00 or by imprisonment of 90
days, or both. The penalties provided by this subsection
are in lieu of] the penalties imposed by § 17—101 of this
article.

17-101.

(b) Every person convicted of     a misdemeanor for

the [violations] VIOLATION of any provision of this

Article shall be punished by a fine     of not more than
$500, except that:

(i) Every person who is convicted of a violation
of § 6-303, § 11-904 or of subsection (a) of § 11-902
shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than one
year or by fine of not more than $1,000 or both fine and
imprisonment.

On a second or subsequent conviction he may be
punished by imprisonment for not more than two years, and
in the discretion of the court, a fine of not more than
$1,000.

(ii) Every person who is convicted of a violation
of any of the provisions of §4-102, §4-103, §4-104,
§4-107, §4-110, §5-401, §6-301, §6-301.1, §6-601(f),
§10-102, §10-108, §11-206 or §11-902(b) of this article
shall be punished by a fine of not more than $500 or by
imprisonment for not more than 2 months or by both fine
and imprisonment.

(iii) Every person who is convicted of a second or
