SECTION 2.. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.

AN ACT concerning

Distributors — Controlling Dealers Hours

FOR the purpose of providing [[that]] when a distributor
of gasoline products may [[not]] require a dealer in
gasoline products to keep a retail gasoline products
outlet open for business for any specified times

products marketing agreements to- the contrary are
against public policy and void.]]
