(a) The following offenses shall be punished as in
this section provided. For any person:

(4) To canvass, electioneer or post any
campaign material in said polling place or within a [one
hundred] 100 foot radius from the entrance and exit of
the building closest to that part of the building in
which voting occurs. However, in Anne Arundel [County]
AND HARFORD COUNTIES, no person may canvass, electioneer,
or post any campaign literature or material on election
day in a polling place or within a 300 foot radius from
the entrance and exit of the building closest to that
part of the building in which voting occurs.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.

AN ACT concerning

Vehicle Laws — Special Registration Tags

FOR the purpose of providing that special registration
plates shall be issued to members of volunteer
rescue squads, as well as volunteer firemen, under
certain conditions; providing for certain proof to
be furnished upon renewal of these special
registration plates; and relating generally to
special registration plates for volunteer firemen
and members of volunteer rescue squads.
