AN ACT concerning

Baltimore City — Adjustment of Assessments

FOR the purpose of requiring [[in Baltimore City that the
assessment pertaining to property acquired for
municipal use be decreased or abated as of a
specified date regardless of the date of finality;
and adding lettering as appropriate.]] the abatement
or decrease of real property taxes on property which
is acquired by the State or a local government, and
providing for apportionment and payment of taxes
upon settlement for this property.

MARYLAND, That Section 67 of Article 81 - Revenue and
Taxes, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1969
Replacement Volume and 1974 Supplement) be and it is
hereby repealed and re—enacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:
