AN ACT concerning

Calvert, Charles and St. Mary's Counties — Supervisors of

Assessments

FOR the purpose of changing the classifications of
[[Calvert, Charles and St. Mary's Counties]] certain
counties as they relate to the salary of the
supervisors of assessments of those counties.

BY repealing and re—enacting, with amendments,

Article 81 — Revenue and Taxes

Section 236(b)

Annotated Code of Maryland

(1969 Replacement Volume and 1974 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 236(b) of Article 81 - Revenue and
Taxes of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1969 Replacement
Volume and 1974 Supplement) be and it is hereby repealed
and re—enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

Article 81 — Revenue and Taxes

236.

(b) The several counties and Baltimore City shall
be classified as follows:

Class A — Baltimore City, Baltimore,
Montgomery and Prince George's counties.

Class B — Anne Arundel County.

Class C - Allegany, [[CHARLES,]] Frederick,
Harford, Howard [[, ST, MARY'S]] and Washington counties.
