Section 2-506(a) (18) and 2-506(b)(4)
Annotated Code of Maryland
(1974 Volume and 1974 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Sections 2-506(a) (18) and 2-506(b)(4) of
Article — Courts and Judical Proceedings, of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1974 Volume and 1974
Supplement) be and they are hereby repealed and
re—enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

Article — Courts and Judical Proceedings

2-506.

(a)       A bailiff shall receive the compensation
provided in this section. Unless otherwise provided, the
amount is a per diet sum for each day he attends the
circuit court.

(18) Queen Anne's County - [$7,50] $15.

(b)        A court crier shall receive the per dies
compensation provided by this section for attending the
circuit court:

(4) Queen Anne's — [$10;] $15;

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.
