for rail, motor vehicle, or other modes of
transportation, stations, terminals and ports, areas for
parking and all equipment, fixtures, buildings and
structures and services incidental to or required in
connection with the performance of transit service.

[(m)] (N) The term "transportation facilities"
shall include highway facilities, port facilities,
airport facilities [and], transit facilities, AND RAIL
FACILITIES, or any combination thereof.

[(n)] (O) The term "transportation facilities
project" shall include any such project hereafter
authorized by the Authority to be acquired or
constructed, and shall also include the Susquehanna River
Bridge, the Potomac River Bridge, the Chesapeake Bay
Bridge, the Parallel Chesapeake Bay Bridge, the Baltimore
Harbor Tunnel, the Baltimore Harbor Outer Tunnel, and the
John F. Kennedy Memorial Highway, together with the
causeways and approaches thereto, the interchanges,
entrance plazas, toll stations and service facilities in
connection therewith, and the Hawkins Point Port
Facility, and shall also include any additions,
improvements or enlargements to any such project
heretofore or hereafter authorized.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.

AN ACT concerning

Department of Transportation — Railroad Grade Crossings

FOR the purpose of providing that the Secretary of
Transportation may, at his discretion, [[require
certain persons to]] or upon request shall hold
hearings in connection with certain proposals for
railroad grade crossings.

BY repealing and re—enacting, with amendments,

Article 41 — Governor—Executive and Administrative
