Alcoholic Beverages, of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1968 Replacement Volume and 1974 Supplement) to read as
follows:

(D) THE HOLDER OF ANY LICENSE ISSUED UNDER THE
PROVISIONS OF THIS ARTICLE IS PERMITTED TO EXERCISE ALL
OF THE PRIVILEGES CONFERRED BY THE LICENSE ON THE DAY OF
ANY ELECTION IN ANNE ARUNDEL [[COUNTY]] AND FREDERICK
COUNTIES.

SECTION [[2]] 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That
this Act shall take effect July 1, 1975.

MARYLAND, That Section. 78 (b) of Article 2B - Alcoholic
Beverages, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1968
Replacement Volume and 1974 Supplement) be and it is
hereby repealed and re—enacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:
